Festi Rent – Delivery & Pick-up Terms

  1. DELIVERY:
  2. Rented goods can be delivered and/or collected by Festi Rent (one-way, return, or round-trip).
  3. Pricing
  4. Transport costs are fixed rates based on location and the volume of the order. All prices are excluding VAT.
    Transport fees are specified in the quote and/or reservation, which is subject to your approval.
  5. Included in the delivery and pick-up service: 20 minutes for unloading and 20 minutes for loading, by one person.
    Any waiting time and/or additional services are billed at €12.75 per 15 minutes per person.
  6. Schedules & Locations
  7. Deliveries and returns are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  8. Unless otherwise agreed and accepted by both parties, delivery and pick-up take place on the ground floor and at the building entrance.
    The location must be *accessible by van or truck.
    The renter must provide all relevant logistical details for delivery and return.
  • On delivery: The renter agrees to be present at the agreed place and time slot to receive the rented goods.
    If not, Festi may return the goods to its warehouse at the renter’s expense.
  • On return pick-up: The renter also agrees to ensure that the rented goods are ready and accessible for loading.
    If not, a second transport will be charged.

Festi is not responsible for extended delivery times in case of loss of goods, road delays, protests, strikes, or other exceptional events.

PICK-UP:

The renter may choose to pick up and return the rented goods personally.

In this case, all loading, transport, assembly/disassembly are at the renter’s own cost and risk.
Festi Rent is not responsible for any damage or breakage during transport if the goods are transported by the renter or a third-party carrier assigned by the renter.

The renter must load and unload the materials themselves.
If help is requested from Festi staff, Festi Rent declines all liability in case of damage to the goods or vehicle during loading/unloading.

Schedules & Locations

Pick-ups and returns must take place on working days, during workshop opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
